THE BUBBLEGUM BANGERS RALLY 2008

BGB rally drove 152 people through 6 countries in 6 days in a cars worth around £500. The route went from St. Malo, through Rouen, Belgium, Amsterdam, Germany and Switzerland.

It took place on 28th September and The Bubble Gum Bangers successfully raised £40,000.

Many thanks to all the efforts made for the event. Brin Harrisson a volunteer that dedicated his time and efforts to help our charity organised the event on behalf of MAT.

Also, many thanks to all the participants who put in so much time and effort to raise much needed funds for MAT.

The money raised will be going directly to the de-mining project in Rwanda. With this money, MAT hopes to clear the country of all landmines in the next 6 months. This is a huge success and everyone involved should be proud in knowing they played a part in helping the MAT complete this task.

Much fun was had and many countries conquered. We are very grateful that Bubble Gum Bangers chose MAT as their designated charity for 2008.
